HIC International is an Indian manufacturer and exporter of industrial rubber, PVC and steel parts, certified to ISO 9001. The parts are made in India and shipped to buyers across Africa, the Americas, Europe and Asia.
The catalogue falls into four ranges. Conveyor parts: rubber and PVC belting, roller idlers, drum pulleys, skirting, and mechanical belt fasteners, for mines, ports, cement plants and food processing lines. Power transmission parts: flat belting, V belts, timing and V pulleys, and flexible shaft couplings. Insulation products: electrical safety matting rated by voltage class, and gasket rubber sheeting. And fluid transfer: flexible hydraulic and suction hoses, camlock quick couplings, and pressure control valves.
Two things run through all four ranges. Material is chosen for the working condition rather than for the part: nitrile where there is oil, EPDM for heat and steam, neoprene where flame matters, natural rubber for abrasion, and stainless steel where the fluid would attack the fitting. And a consignment can be supplied with a test certificate against the relevant standard.
